A graduate from the famous Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Paris, France, I have worked for Denver's top restaurants, including Rioja and Panzano. I also worked as a private chef for a Nuggets basketball player for almost three years. I excel in French, Mediterranean, Brazilian, and Italian cuisine. I work together with my clients to create the food they want, including vegan, gluten-free and other special diets.
